Forever Times…

Forever times, are times we shared, that made these memories…

Of skies, and sun, and us as one, the wind, as it kissed the trees.

Of spoken words, and sweet caresses, and eyes that called to me…

A gentle hand, a warm soft kiss, and I on bended knee.

Forever times, are times we lived, and dreamed of better days…

Of you and I, and starlit skies, and loving words we’d say.

Though storms would blow, and the wind was cold, we never missed a time…

To hold each other, late at night, and feel our hearts entwine.

Forever times, are those ahead, we’ll meet them one by one…

We’ll sit together hand and hand, to greet the morning sun.

And should you ask, if I pledge my love, to you forever on this day…

I’ll tell you this, you I shall love, "forever, and two days…"
