Oh Please...

Oh please, do not turn around, you’d find me following you...

For many times, I’ve looked for you, and these moments are so few.

Just let me watch you, as you walk, It makes me feel much better...

Till I can get back home again, to read your last love letter.

Oh please, you mustn’t see me, I must remain out of your sight...

But you may feel, that I am here, like a whisper in the night.

Within the crowds, I am blending in, to hide from your sweet gaze...

I stop and stand, and close my eyes, and remember special days.

Oh please, you mustn’t walk so fast, and vanish from my sight...

I am making brand new memories now, of how you look this night.

You stop, and turn, and look my way, as if you feel I’m here...

You cannot see me for the crowds, but I am always here.

Then you turn, and walk away, I watch you disappear...

And it’s so hard, to convince myself, I have to stand right here.

But I will think of how I felt, when you passed me standing near...

And the memories, shall keep me warm, perhaps until next year.
