Our Seasons...

My world is filled with wonderment, at things I've done and seen…
Like evenings on the cool green grass, hot days with sweet ice cream.
Of nights we filled with endless pleasure, and days spent laughing hard…
Times of playing and loving you, and thrills within my heart.

Winter spent beside a fire, the sounds so soft and low…
The sparkle of the frost outside, the falling of the snow.
The way we'd cuddle on the floor, and watch the flames sweet dance…
Warming hearts and souls just right, and sharing in romance.

Spring together in the park, the smell of newborn life…
Flowers, bees, and tall green trees, and you my precious wife.
Meadows full of swaying grass, rivers flowing at our feet…
Hearts that beat for one another, and kisses tasting sweet.

Summer in the heat of day, and passions just as warm…
The evenings standing on the porch, and watching distant storms.
Rides within the countryside, and talks of long past times…
Watching as you softly sleep, and knowing you are mine.

Fall and all the colors there, that blaze within the light…
And cooler breezes after dark, that made me hold you tight.
My world is filled with wonderment, at all the things I've done…
But nothing will ever best the day, our hearts became as one.
