You...

Who selfishly gave of herself, when I thought only of me...
giving your heart, and holding me close, like a fool I could not see.

Through it all you never stopped, to ask for anything...
you wiped my tears, and calmed my fears, and helped my heart to sing.

So when I look at you tonight, and my eyes fill to their rim...
it's not from sadness that I cry, it's from the love within.

If I can love you half as much, as the love you've given me...
I'll fill the skies with stars at night, with love that you can see.

For what you have, without a doubt...
is the sweetest love I've known.
And I will try, to give you back...
A Heart, a love, a home...

I love you.
